Citrine. One of the crystals that I used to grid my house, which, evidently, has manifested a household of laughter, light-ness, love, and creative-thinking...! Just the other afternoon, I spent some time re-researching the properties of the various crystals and stones that I choose to surround myself with. I came across citrine, and was inspired by the amazing energy that this crystal holds...
Citrine is a 'sun' crystal and is also one of the only crystals that can cleanse itself, which is why I surrounded my black tourmaline stone with five citrine crystals overnight to cleanse it. Citrine also promotes a balanced outlook and much happiness within the heart.
So, I guess the message that I hope you take away from this post is that if you ever choose to create an amazing, amazing energy for yourself, citrine is the perfect way to begin. Since wandering around various crystal stores in Bristol, UK, I have also learned that citrine is one of the most inexpensive crystals to reward yourself with. Whether you choose to buy a simple pendant to wear, or some small crystals to place either around some candles or to grid your room, citrine is not only the perfect crystal to start yourself with, but will radiate the most beautiful energy for you, too...!
